What To Expect

No matter which consultation option you choose, the process is designed to be simple, supportive, and the same for every family. My goal is to reduce stress, provide clarity, and ensure you feel prepared before we speak.

Every step is designed to meet you where you are — with respect for your time, your emotions, and the bond you share with your pet.

Step 1: Schedule Your Consultation

Once you schedule, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and next steps.

Step 2: Share a Bit About Your Pet

You’ll be invited to complete a brief intake form before our visit. This helps me understand your pet’s history, current concerns, and what matters most to you — so our time together can be focused and meaningful.

Step 3: Optional Medical Records

If you’d like, you may share relevant medical records ahead of time for review. This is always optional and never required to have a helpful conversation.

Step 4: Consent & Connection

Prior to our call, you’ll receive a consent form outlining the scope of a virtual consultation. Once completed, we’ll meet by Zoom via audio or video for a calm, unhurried conversation centered on comfort, quality of life, and support.

Step 5: Ongoing Support (If Included)

If your consultation includes follow-up support, you’ll receive compassionate email guidance over the agreed timeframe, helping you navigate changes and questions as they arise
